Abstract
After the publication of the results of our patient’s treatment, presented in our article “Cardiometric study of the cardiovascular system performance under the influence of prolonged smoking and some other stresses” in Issue No.31 of our journal, we continued to observe the dynamics of his recovery. The latest examination has revealed actually the complete recovery of the cardiovascular system performance. Figure 3 given herein shows the data recorded as of 15.10.24. We should note the complete restoration of the ECG curve and the Rheogram shape. Compared to the previous ones, shown in Figure 1 and 2 herein, we can see that the S-L-j phases are not clearly identifiable, since the contractile function of the myocardium has changed. The Rheogram in Figure 1 does not demonstrate the development of the small ejection phase that depends on the respiratory function of the lungs. In Figure 2 herein, the ECG curve remains unchanged, and the Rheogram has reached its normal values. During the latest examination, the S-L-j phases on the ECG have become normal. The myocardium has begun to properly operate that has been reflected in the accumulation of lactate in its muscles. And the Rheogram curve has been found to be in correspondence to the absolute norm that indicates the normal hemodynamics.
