The Mean Serum Titin levels which indicated significant differences in studied groups of hypothyroidism, and hyperthyroidism patients, and the control groups. Remark that Titin levels decreased in Hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism groups less than in the healthy control group. The statistical analysis results of Serum Dystrophin levels found significant differences in the three groups studied. These results revealed a significant decline in hypothyroidism patients, and hyperthyroidism patients, compared with the healthy control group, while Dystrophin level was increased in hypothyroidism more than in the hyperthyroidism patients. Conclusion. The results of T3, T4 &TSH level showed significant differences after the comparison between hyperthyroidism, hypothyroidism and control.
